Vision

We envision a Baltimore with peaceful, safe, and nurturing communities and schools, where all youth are empowered to contribute, grow, and thrive. In this future, we are valued and supported as powerful decision-makers and agents of change, fully capable of understanding and addressing the root causes of the challenges we face—challenges we did not create.

Mission

Youth As Resources is our own nonprofit organization dedicated to grant-making, leadership development, institutional change, and community organizing. We elevate youth leadership and decision-making, taking charge of addressing issues that directly impact us, strengthening our communities and institutions.
