Our Board
Youth As Resources (YAR) is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of twenty-five youth and young adults (ages 14-24). The Board oversees grant-making, leadership development, community organizing, and strategies for institutional change.
We manage two rigorous grant cycles per year, plan for organizational growth and development and set programmatic priorities. We are responsible for creating and managing budgets, as well as raising the funds necessary to fuel our work.
